Product Overview
Location: Coconut Grove, Florida • USA Description: The banyan tree happens to be one my favorite trees in the world. Fortunately, for me, I grew up in areas with an abundance of these beauiful and majestic trees. This is a close view of one Banyan's root system. The Banyan is a tropical fig tree from India. As reported, the first banyan tree in the U.S. was planted in 1925 by Thomas Alva Edison in Fort Myers, Florida. The tree is now as common as palm trees in areas all over Florida -- Especially the scenic areas of Coconut Grove and Coral Gables, FL. I only use professional printing services that meet my professional high standards. Require a more customized frame? I highly recommend Talking Walls 2 (TW2) in Gainesville, FL.
